5. Purchases and Payment

We accept various forms of payment including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations primarily centered around Tiruvattar, Kanyakumari. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We offer same-day delivery for eligible locations within a specified radius of our Tiruvattar warehouse. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or, if we deliver the products ourselves, upon our delivery to you.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please review our separate Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. In general, we accept returns for perishable items within 24 hours of delivery if they are spoiled upon arrival. Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Kumaran Super Market and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
