Local Farm Sourcing
We source 70% of our fresh produce directly from farmers within 50km of Thiruvattaru, reducing carbon footprint and supporting local livelihoods.
Zero Plastic Initiative
We encourage customers to bring reusable bags and offer paper and cloth bag alternatives at checkout. Reducing single-use plastic is a core commitment.
No Food Waste Policy
Near-expiry products are donated to local food banks and community kitchens before they go to waste. We believe food is too precious to discard.
Community Employment
95% of our staff are from Thiruvattaru and surrounding villages. We actively support local employment and provide fair wages and growth opportunities.
Water Conservation
Our store uses water-efficient cleaning systems and we work with suppliers who demonstrate responsible water usage in their farming practices.
Energy Efficiency
We have invested in energy-efficient refrigeration and LED lighting throughout the store to minimise our electricity consumption and carbon impact.
