Kumaran Shopy was born from a simple belief: every family in Thiruvattaru deserves access to fresh, quality groceries at fair prices. Starting with a small store near the Thiruvattaru bus stand, we set out to build a place where quality and community could come together under one roof.
OUR FIRST PROMISE
From day one, we made a promise to our customers — we would never compromise on freshness. This meant waking up early to receive farm-fresh produce, maintaining our dairy cold chain religiously, and personally checking every product that came into our store.
GROWING WITH THE COMMUNITY
As Thiruvattaru grew, so did Kumaran Shopy. We listened to our customers and expanded our product range from basic staples to over 500 products across groceries, produce, dairy, beverages, snacks and household essentials. Every new category we added was in direct response to what our customers asked for.
THE DIGITAL STEP
In 2021, we launched our online shopping portal, making it possible for customers across Kanyakumari to access our products from their homes. Our 4.58-star Google rating is a reflection of years of consistent quality and customer care — we are deeply proud of every review.
