Our Guarantee
At Kumaran Shopy, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with any product for any legitimate reason, we will work to make it right — no hassle, no arguments.
What We Accept for Return
We accept returns for: (1) Products found to be expired at time of purchase. (2) Damaged or broken products received on delivery. (3) Incorrect products delivered or sold. (4) Products that do not match the description on the label. Fresh produce complaints must be raised within 24 hours of purchase.
How to Return
To initiate a return, you can: (1) Bring the product to our store at Thiruvattaru during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8:30 AM–9 PM). (2) Call us at 094878 70017 and our team will arrange a convenient resolution. Please keep your purchase receipt if possible, though it is not mandatory for expired or damaged goods.
Refund Options
We offer: (1) Immediate replacement with a fresh product of the same or equivalent value. (2) Store credit that can be used on your next purchase. (3) Cash refund for products paid in cash. (4) UPI refund for products paid digitally, processed within 2–3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on: (1) Products where the seal has been broken without a valid quality complaint. (2) Products purchased more than 3 days ago (except sealed goods with visible expiry issues). (3) Items returned without any stated reason or quality issue.
Fresh Produce Policy
Fresh fruits and vegetables are perishable. If you find that fresh produce purchased from us is not of acceptable quality, please call us within 24 hours and we will replace it or offer a refund without hesitation.
