Return & Refund Policy

Our Freshness Guarantee

At Kumaran Shopy, we pride ourselves on providing the freshest produce and highest quality groceries. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a simple, hassle-free return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Fresh Produce & Dairy: Must be returned within 24 hours of purchase if found to be spoiled or of unacceptable quality.
  • Packaged Groceries: Can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the packaging is unopened and the product is not expired.
  • Non-Food Items: Can be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Opened personal care products
  • Baby food and formula (once opened)
  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount

3. The Return Process

Check Eligibility

Ensure the item is within the return window and in original packaging.

Visit Store / Call

Bring the item to Thiruvattaru or call 094878 70017 for home pickup.

Get Refund

Receive immediate replacement or refund to original payment method.

4. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded in the following ways:

  • Cash Payments: Refunded in cash immediately at the store.
  • Card/UPI Payments: Refunded to the original payment method (may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account).
  • Loyalty Points: Points earned on the returned item will be deducted from your account.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly replace the defective item with a fresh one, subject to availability.
