1. Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of fresh produce, dairy, and other perishable items, we cannot accept returns once the items have been accepted at the time of delivery or checkout. However, if you receive a damaged or spoiled item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

2. Packaged Groceries

Unopened and non-perishable goods can be returned within 3 days of purchase. The items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Eligible returns will be processed as a direct replacement or a refund to the original method of payment, depending on the situation and customer preference.
