We know your time is valuable. Kumaran Shopy operates a dedicated fleet of delivery personnel to ensure your groceries reach you fresh and on time.
1. Delivery Timings
- Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next morning.
- Express Delivery: Available in select areas within a 5km radius for delivery within 60 minutes.
2. Delivery Fees
Our delivery charges are straightforward:
- Free Delivery: On all orders above ₹1000.
- Standard Fee: A flat ₹40 delivery fee applies to orders below ₹1000.
- Express Fee: An additional ₹30 is charged for 60-minute express delivery.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Thiruvattaru, Nagercoil, and surrounding pin codes. If your area is not serviceable, our online store will notify you during checkout before payment is requested.
4. Safe Packaging
All items, especially fresh produce and dairy, are securely packed in eco-friendly bags and transported in temperature-controlled boxes to guarantee maximum freshness upon arrival.
